Little Stoke Community Hall

Little Stoke Community Hall can accommodate up to 100 people (seated) and can be split into smaller areas if needed. Facilities include:

To make a booking at Little Stoke Community Hall, please first check the hall availability with the office (01454 865202 or via the enquiry form).

Once availability has been confirmed by the office, you will need to complete the attached booking form and forward to admin@stokegifford.org.uk

Public Access Defibrillator

Is this an emergency? - Call 999 and follow their instructions.

If you believe a person has suffered a sudden cardiac arrest and is unresponsive and not breathing, immediately ring 999 and ask for the ambulance service. They will advise you on what action to take and either inform you where your nearest defibrillator is located or ask if you have a defibrillator. The operator will remain on the line and ask you a series of questions which should only take you a few moments and advise you on what steps to take to assist in emergency.

St Johns Ambulance (PAcT) Bleed Control Kit – Tourni-key

Supplied in durable highly visible red bag.

Designed for use in high risk environments these kits have been created by experts in in the field of medicine, first aid and counter terrorism policing.

Public Access Trauma (PAcT) First Aid Kits are designed to save lives and are intended to be kept in public places, such as arenas, football stadiums, railway stations and areas with a large footfall.

PAcT kits are designed to save lives in traumatic emergencies such as stabbings, road traffic collisions, falls and tragically sometimes, terror attacks.

The kit contains military-grade wound dressings, tourni-key, other vital component and has clear written and visual instructions which make them easy for anyone to use, regardless of their level of training.

Hirers of the hall can use the kitchen at no additional cost.

The large hall with free use of an adjoining kitchen can accommodate 100 seated people which can also be split into 2 smaller rooms should a smaller location be required. The hall can be hired on a regular basis for fitness classes or for one-off parties, weddings, functions.

Hall Booking Costs 2024

  • £70 for 3hrs main hall (Kingfisher 11m x 14m approx)
  • £45 for 3hrs half hall (Wren 11m x 8m front half - available to book Mon–Fri)
  • £45 for 3hrs half hall (Dove 11m x 6m back half - available to book Mon–Fri)
  • £25 per hour whole hall (Kingfisher)
  • £17 per hour half hall (Wren/Dove - available to book Mon–Fri)

Corporate Meeting Room

The centre offers an interactive meeting room for 40 seated attendees with free WIFI and an overhead projector screen, the space is filled with natural light perfect for an offsite corporate event.

Meeting Room Costs (hire dates from 1 April 2023 approved prices)

Prices are subject to annual review and will be applied from 1 April 2024 where applicable.

  • £17 per hour
  • £100 per day (8hrs) includes use of the kitchen facilities.

All bookings includes use of the communal kitchen facilities.

Meeting room dimension = 6m x 7m approx.


Car Park

Little Stoke Car Park is open 07.30 – 21.30 (Excluding bank holidays). Parking is strictly for users of the Community Hall and playing fields and is free of charge.

The car park holds over 80 parking bays.

All users of this car park do so at their own risk. Stoke Gifford Parish Council will not accept responsibility for damage, accident or loss.
