When: Saturday 19th October 2024 -> Sunday 20th October 2024

Where: UWE Frenchay Campus (car park 3), Stoke Gifford, BS34 8QZ

Feeling a little rusty when it comes to riding a bike? South Gloucestershire Council have organised FREE-OF-CHARGE cycling refresher sessions.

Sessions are available to book at 10am and midday on Saturday 19 October, and 2.30pm and 4.30pm on Sunday 20 October.

You’ll start off-road in an empty car park at UWE’s Frenchay Campus to ensure you have good bike control and can comfortably steer, brake, signal and use the gears.

If confident enough, you may then be taken onto quiet roads within the Frenchay Campus to practice overtaking parked cars and turning at junctions.

Book your place: South Gloucestershire Council Events - 9 Upcoming Activities and Tickets | Eventbrite

You must be at least 16 and have a bike and helmet to use for the session.
